The perfect taster for a 200hr training
This introductory weekend is perfect for students and practitioners who are interested in learning more about yoga but not sure if a 200hour is for them yet. After full completion of the weekend, participants receive a recognition certificate of learning hours. However, this does not qualify you to teach yoga. To become a certified instructor, you must complete the 200-hour Teacher Training course.
This foundation weekend acts as a stepping stone if you are considering that next step. As this is not a Yoga Alliance recognised course, therefore these hours cannot be used as learning credit toward the 200-hour certification. This weekend serves as a standalone program. If you decide to progress to the 200-hour course, the course value of your Foundations Weekend booking (£275) is fully redeemable against the total cost of the full teacher training upon sign up and will come off your final balance payment.
