Come find all of this out and more at our teacher training evening.
Our teacher trainer Liz will be guiding you through a vinyasa practice followed by a meditation. There will then be time to tell you a little more about the course and answer all of your questions!
The evening will be held at our Soho studio the home of our teacher training.
