MoreYoga YTT Bursary Placements for 2026

We provide bursary places each year for individuals who would not otherwise be able to access the training and who are dedicated to using their yoga teaching skills to benefit their communities.

As part of MoreYoga’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, affordability and anti-racism, our bursary scheme is now open to the wider public, with half of all bursary spots reserved for applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds. 

After you submit your application, you may be invited to take part in a brief interview with our yoga teacher training support team. The chosen recipient will be confirmed and contacted two months before the start of their course, so please bear this timeline in mind when applying. We ask that the course you are applying for, that you are fully committed to all of the training dates outlined on the website.

The bursary placements will be part funded as per the below breakdown:

• Tuition fees of £2,500 will be reduced by half, bringing your total course fee to £1,250. Your deposit will also be halved, meaning the amount required to secure your place on the course will be £200 instead of £400.
• If early bird pricing is available at the time you submit your application, this will also be taken into account. For example, if the early bird fee is £2,200, your discounted total course fee would be £1,100. However, the deposit would remain the same.
• Generally the balance payment for tuition fees would be due once your place is confirmed, however payment plans are also available on request.

Bursary placements are reserved for:

• All genders, all ages and applications of BIPOC are prioritised 

We are accepting applications for our 200hour trainings including:

• July x1 Month training in London with a deadline of Sunday 31st May 2026.
• November x6 Month training in London with a deadline of August 31st 2026.

Application Process Outlined:

• Please apply using this form HERE, in line with the deadlines outlined above.
• Once your application has been received, we will confirm receipt within 3 working days.
• Applications submitted at least 2 months before the training start date will be reviewed, and shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview.
• Your application will be either confirmed or declined at least 2 months before the training start date.
• If you apply with less than 2 months’ notice, your application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to provide an outcome within 3 working days.
