We are thrilled to be returning in September 2025 to Suryalila retreat centre to host the intensive week of our September training.
Nestled in the serene landscapes, Suryalila was once an olive hacienda and is situated near the enchanting villages of Arcos de la Frontera and Prado del Rey. This idyllic location is just an hour’s journey from Sevilla, the lively core of Andalucía.
The centre is perched on the fringes of a breathtaking, mountainous national park, affording stunning vistas of lush river valleys and idyllic countryside farms. The expansive property spans across beautifully landscaped grounds and offers diverse accommodation options to cater to every budget.
During the training, you will have the privilege of practicing in two distinct yoga shalas. Including the cutting-edge Om Dome, featuring a grand bay window that provides breathtaking views of rolling hills.
To keep you refreshed between classes, a saltwater pool is available for you to unwind and cool off. Plus, you’ll savour three wholesome, gourmet organic vegetarian meals each day, included as part of your accommodation package.
ELEMENTAL FLOW THEORY
Throughout this training, you’ll move through the Elemental Flows—each inspired by the five elements and rooted in chakra theory. These flows are carefully structured using intelligent sequencing, integrating anatomy, asana, pranayama, and meditation. As you progress, you’ll deepen your physical practice, expand your philosophical understanding, and build the skills and confidence needed to teach with authenticity and clarity.

The Small Print
- Accommodation fees are separate to your tuition fees. Tuition deposit or full amount must be paid and your offer letter sent before selecting your accommodation.
- A 50% deposit for your accommodation is needed to secure it. Accommodation options are on a first come first served basis.
- Your accommodation fees include all of your meals, tea and coffee and fruit for the whole of your stay.
- For sharing rooms we will aim to pair you with someone of the same gender on the training. If this is not available we will reach out to you to confirm. Dorm rooms are mixed.
- Spaces can’t be transferred to another training co-hort or group once your place has been confirmed.
- Full amount for tuition is due on the 31st July. These fees are non refundable and non transferable. If you sign up after the 31st of July your whole tuition and accommodation balance will be due upon booking the course.
- You must attend 100% of the training hours to be eligible for certification. In exceptional circumstances, missed hours may be made up with prior approval, but this will incur additional costs to make up the time missed.
- Flights to and from Seville
- Transfers to and from the venue approx 40-80 euros sharing (depending on how many people you share the transfer with)
- Accommodation – as highlighted above this is ontop of your tuition fees

3. We will manually send you an application form to understand more about your practice. Please state your accommodation choice on this form.
4. If accepted we will ask for a 50% accommodation deposit and send you the offer letter for the training.
