Ask Hamish & Louise: Asana, Alignment & Adjustments. Confidently Supporting your students to progress! 6/11/26
£10.00
Join Hamish and Louise for a practical, teacher-focused workshop exploring how to best support students in their asana practice.
Drawing on their extensive experience of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore, they’ll explore alignment, adjustments, support and progression, with a particular focus on postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series and how these principles can be applied in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes.
Bring your questions, specific postures you’d like to explore, or areas where you’d like more confidence in supporting your students.
Whether you’re helping beginners establish strong foundations or supporting more experienced students to progress their practice, this workshop will offer practical tools to help you teach with greater clarity, confidence and understanding.
Bring your questions. Bring your asana challenges. Bring your curiosity.
