The Power of Community: From Consciousness to Brahman
£30.00
What we’ll learn:
- Why asana, pranayama and meditation are more than physical and mental health – what does our ultimate goal of moksha look like?
- What Brahman means from both a yogic and modern science perspective – what do both say about connection and community?
- How to incorporate the latest science and ancient mythologies seamlessly into your classes
- How to show your students the parallels between yogic science and modern science
Held as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, this is a space for Teachers to connect, learn & grow. This workshop offers Yoga Teachers a chance to pause, recharge & reconnect – honouring the powerful role of community in supporting mental well-being.
