Teaching Safe Inversions – Teachers Workshop

One of the biggest challenges of teaching inversions is to ensure all of your students have something to do that is safe, right for their bodies, and helps them progress in their practice – as only part of a sixty minute class!

This workshop questions what skill building in yoga looks like, how commonly taught methods may be holding us back, and how to offer a variety of inversion drills at the same time to ensure you’re meeting the needs of every student in your class.

Joshua offers his insights to teaching methodology, anatomy and a healthy dose of play to help you support your students’ flight.
