During and after lockdown our ability to adjust became diminished, often teacher trainings omitted this crucial aspect of the practice, leading to a gap in one’s skill set. This two day course allows us to re discover the subtleties and energetic intentions of adjusting, to help your students on their yogic journey.  A skilful adjustment can spark a deeper understanding of the pose, often creating a power emotional release, and at times building a confidence in a safe supportive way
