Across a year of steady growth, you’ll deepen your practice, build confidence, and gain the tools to step into teaching with clarity and purpose, all supported by a warm, inspiring community.
Your evolution starts now. Are you ready?
Course Overview
Over the course of four thoughtfully structured modules based on the elements, you’ll explore and start to learn yoga through the main pillars such as: Asana, Anatomy, Pranyama & Meditation and Philosophy woven together with modern teaching methodology, teaching practice and with a respect of the cultural roots.
Asana
Asana
Dive deep into alignment, cueing, modifications, and the purpose behind the postures. You’ll break down each shape in Asana Labs, learn how to adapt for different students, and begin to understand movement as a mindful conversation between breath, body, and intention.
Meditation
Meditation & Pranayama
Practice and teach foundational breathing techniques and meditation tools. These practices support emotional balance and nervous system regulation- essential for your own practice and your students’.
Philosophy
Philosophy
You'll explore the rich philosophical tradition that underpins yoga as we know it on the mat. We'll dive into many scriptures and texts such as the Yoga Sutras, The Yamas and Niyamas, and Light on Pranayama which dive into concepts such as the Eight Limbs of Yoga and how these ideas still resonate today and how we can weave them meaningfully into your teaching and personal practice.
Adjustments
Adjustments
Throughout the course you'll get the chance to learn how to teach safe adjustments, using both verbal cues and optional hands-on assists. Trainees learn to observe alignment , individual anatomy in their students and get to practise consent based adjustments.
Anatomy
Anatomy
Forget dry textbook theory our anatomy sessions are engaging, practical, and embodied. You’ll learn how the body moves, what makes it unique, and how to teach with safety, clarity, and compassion.
Culture
Cultural Roots
We honour the lineage of yoga with sessions dedicated to its cultural, spiritual, and historical context. You'll explore where yoga comes from, how it evolved, and how we can honour its roots through culturally respectful and inclusive teaching.
Journey
Elemental Journey
Each module is themed around an elemental theme - Earth, Water, Fire, and Air & Ether. These modules provide you with examples of how to theme your classes and also provide you with the experience to practise the flow attached to it, therefore you'll leave the training with 4 set flows that you would have experienced on the training and have in your back pocket ready to teach after the course.
Career
Teaching & Career
Build your voice as a teacher. Learn how to sequence, cue, theme, and hold space. You'll practise teaching in every module, building real-world confidence and presence. From setting up as a freelance teacher to auditioning at studios and navigating the yoga industry, we’ll help you take your next steps—whether you’re teaching part-time or launching a new career.
Course Dates
Designed to fit into your life, our course moves from an intensive week to get you connected with your cohort to a dedicated weekend each month. You will move through the different areas of the course and build your knowledge and experience.
